The monthly rate of AT&T is higher as compared to other service providers. User rating for CallVantage service is 6.2/10. Now let us check out the services offered by SunRocket which is another frontline player in the VoIP space. The reviewers panel has given the service a score of 7.0/10. The price is where SunRocket scores over its competitors and customers looking for cheap support can definitely check out the services. The service comes with two phone numbers, dual handset phone system, E911 support and live online tech support. With so many feaures there it is a good option for customers. The negative points about the service are variation in voice quality, only two free directory assistance calls per month, no fax capability and does not support Firefox for voicemail playback. Users have given a rating of 5.5/10. Another provider in the Internet space is AOL. With a score of 7.2/10 from the reviewers panel , it scores on call quality, easy set-up, transfer of existing phone number and strong support. The service is expensive and users have to subscribe to AOL on top of their broadband service.
